RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Returns and exchanges are FREE and there are several ways to do so.
Attach a completed return form and / or accompanying invoice. Remove the old address card. Return using the same service provider that ordered the package. If for some reason it is not possible to use the same channel, please contact us at 5556 6825 or send an email to email@example.com and we will agree on an alternative channel.
- In the case of SmartPost, use the same code in the meassage with which you received the parcel. The code is valid for 2 weeks. The package can be returned to any Itella parcel machine.
- If you ordered the goods using the Omniva service, you will find the return code in the message you received with the package notification message. The parcel must be returned to the same machine from which the parcel was received.
- In case of DPD, we prepare the parcel card ourselves and send it to the e-mail. The precondition is that you let us know your return request in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org

- You have the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 calendar days by submitting the written withdrawal form below to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 5556 6825.
- The withdrawal period starts from the day you have taken possession of the product.
- You are obliged to return the shipment to us no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application to us.
- A prerequisite for returning and / or exchanging the product is a completely unused product.
- You have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving any reason. Just fill out the withdrawal form, return the product to us and we will refund the amount of the product price to the account from which the purchase was made. A standard withdrawal form is available HERE. If you do not have the option to print, it is also suitable if you write the reason for the free return or the request to exchange it and add it to the package.
- If you wish to return the product within 14 days and the product has been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product or shows signs of use or wear, we have the right to reduce the refund according to the value of the goods.
- When returning the product, we will transfer the purchase cost of the product to your bank account within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
- For product replacement or non-compliance or defects of the product, please write to us at email@example.com. We will contact you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. You can find the standard form HERE to simplify the operation.
- In case of exchange, we will send you a new product immediately after receiving the exchanged goods. (If there is no other size in the selection, we can replace the product with another product by agreement).
- You always have the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee to protect your rights through the Consumer Protection Board (https://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee/et/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon). Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
